- Damaged Items
If your order was damaged during shipping, do not install, or try to repair your item(s). Reach out to us while saving the original box, shipping bag, and the damaged item(s)
- Defective Items
We work really hard to make sure any item that leaves our shop has left it in 100% working order. Learn more about our Gunstreet Promise. But due to the nature of these items. We will not refund any item once it is installed as we cannot guarantee the item was not damaged by user error. If you are worried about damaging the items during installation, we highly recommend hiring a tech who has real electronics experience. If you need help with a kit that is not working message us here!
